Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 2:00pm, early or late check-in can be arranged by contacting reception

Check-out time is 10:00am, early or late check-out can be arranged by contacting reception

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

The Aegean Resort require a credit card and photo identification upon arrival as security, if a credit card is not provided a $300 cash bond will be required.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

After hours check-in is available. Guests arriving outside reception hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check-out can be arranged at reception with 24 hours notice f your apartment is available.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

If you book direct we will require a $300 deposit at the time of booking to secure your apartment

Q: What are the reception hours?

Reception hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday & 9:00am - 1:00pm Saturday and Sunday

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, we can book all theme park, local attractions and transport at our reception

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Free WiFi is available.

Q: What facilities do you have?

At the Aegean Resort we have an exceptional range of facilities including an outdoor pool and children's wading pool, indoor heated pool and children's wading pool, spa & saunas, air conditioned gym, outdoor barbeque area, full size tennis court (equipment hire available), secure underground car parking, restaurant and bar and a tour desk for all of your theme park and transport bookings.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Underground secure car parking is available and free.

Q: Is all linen provided?

All linen is provided  and if your stay is 7 nights or more a service will be provided.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

All apartments at the Aegean Resort are fully self-contained and each apartment includes a fully functioning laundry as well as kitchen. Services are available for every booking 7 nights or more. Services are also available to be arranged at reception (fee's apply).

Q: Is the pool heated?

The indoor pool and spa are heated all year round.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

Surfers Paradise is approximately 3km's from Broadbeach and public transport is available.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

The Aegean Resort is located in the heart of Surfers Paradise and is surrounded by plenty of leading shops and restaurants.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Public transport on the Gold Coast consists of trams, buses and trains which will connect you to all major tourist attractions, shopping centres and airports. Luckily for our guests there is a tram station only foot steps away from our front door.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

The Aegean Resort is in the heart of Surfers Paradise and there is an endless amount of attractions and entertainment within the area. 

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a 24/7 convenience store located in the building next door and a Woolworths super market within walking distance.

Q: How far away is the Gold Coast Turf Club? (race track)

The race track is approximately 2km's from the Aegean Resort.
