Stays for eight or more nights will have a mid-stay clean with fresh linen supplied. Should you require extra servicing of your room, an additional fee will be payable. Additional amenities and fresh towels are available from reception for a small fee. You can freshen anything yourself in your apartment laundry during your stay. A 'starter-pack' of toiletries, coffee, tea and kitchen cleaning products is provided on your arrival. Shops and supermarkets are in walking distance of the property. Smoking PolicyAegean Apartments is a non-smoking property. As per government regulations, smoking is banned in all enclosed areas, restaurants, licensed clubs and pubs in Queensland. A $1000 AUD fee applies for additional cleaning due to smoking. Guest ConductGuests and invitees must behave responsibly. Breach of house rules may result in eviction, with charges borne by the guest. Guests are liable for any damage caused.When a guest registers at reception, or an invitee proceeds beyond that point, they shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these conditions. Charges will apply for any unnecessary fire alarms from the QLD Fire and Rescue. Charges will apply for all damage caused by guests while in house. Privacy PolicyWe are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act SchooliesAegean Apartments do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies period. In particular, it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this time. For this reason, we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period. All guests must be over 18 years and provide photo ID and credit card or cash bond of $200 per person for security. Room AllocationEvery effort is made to facilitate your allocation requests. Occasionally this is not possible, due to any number of restrictions including: regulatory requirements, physical booking volumes or maintenance conditions. We would appreciate your understanding that the time (in advance) of a booking has no bearing on room allocation,. All rooms have air-conditioning in the main living area, with ceiling fans throughout. we have a small amount of apartments with air con in the bedroom. While we cannot guarantee any guest these apartments, it may be put on guest requests at time of booking. Extra Bed / GuestOne roll-out bed per apartment may be hired for an additional guest for $30/night. Bedding and towel provided. PortacotA portacot may be hired for $10/night. Bedding and towel provided. Beach TowelsThe bath towels provided in the apartment must not be taken outside of the Aegean grounds. Should you require a beach towel, these may be hired for $5/towel for the duration of your stay. Purchase in advance of check-in and we'll have them waiting for you in your apartment on arrival. Guests No ShowGuests not showing up will be charged the total price of the reservation Guest RefundsRefunds may take up to 30 days from the cancellation date to be processed and will be paid to the bank account provided by the guest. Older-style two-bedroom family apartment with fully equipped kitchen and large lounge/dining room, opening up onto the balcony. These spacious apartments are for budget-conscious travellers who are happy with an older style apartment on the lower floors, that is neat, clean and close to the beach! Facilities include large TV with streaming services, free unlimited Wi-Fi and laundry. If your holiday is about destination, and proximity to the action, then the economy apartment is perfect for you.

Aegean's spacious standard apartments come with full kitchen and laundry facilities, free Wi-FI, TV with chromecast streaming service, air-conditioning in living room, ceiling fans and/or air con in bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and a 270 degree wrap-around balcony with hinterland, city or tropical garden views. 

Apartments sleep four. A fifth guest may be accommodated on a rollaway bed for $30/night.

2 Bedroom Standard Apartment

These spacious apartments are an absolute favourite for families and groups. Located on floors 8 to 30, they offer spectacular views from their 270 degree wrap-around balconies. Featuring a full kitchen and laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, TV with chromecast streaming services, air-conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans and/or air con in the bedrooms and two bathrooms - one an ensuite shower room, the other a bath with shower above or walk-in shower. Master bedroom is king/queen, while the second bedroom  has single beds or a queen bed. You could also upgrade to a superior ocean view apartment if you would like a more modern, renovated apartment.

Master bedroom has a king/queen bed, second bedroom is a twin or double/single bunks (one apartment only). Two bathrooms - ensuite shower room to master bedroom plus bathroom with either a shower above bath or a walk-in shower.
