Terms and conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY: PLEASE CHECK BELOW IN PROPERTY CANCELLATIONS TO WHICH ONE YOU HAVE PURCHASED
Check In - 2:00pm - Early or late check in (if available) can be arranged by contacting reception 24 hours prior to arrival.
Check Out - 10:00am - Late check out (if available) can be arranged at reception @ $10/hr
Terms and conditions - Please note the following conditions:
We will take the first night deposit from your credit card 14 days prior to arrival.
We will draw the balance from the credit card on file the day prior to arrival. Charges apply to all credit card transactions, 1.3% for Visa & Mastercard.
Alternatively, you can make a contactless direct deposit or transfer. Our bank details are: Aegean Trust Account. BSB: 034216, A/C: 738982. Please ensure you put your surname name and date of arrival in the remittance line. Please note that all transfers must be completed prior to the due date, or we will process the card we have on file.
For all PEAK school holiday bookings, (15th Dec – 26th Jan) please note that we will take the full balance on your booking 30 days prior to arrival. Again, we will automatically do this on the card we have on file, unless you make other arrangements.
A $200 valid credit card imprint for security deposit and valid driver’s license is required on check in.
All guest under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The property has the rights to refuse any reservation if valid identification cannot be provided.
Please note that that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any bond or payments made.
As part of our Covid Plan, you must provide contact details for all guests on arrival.
We will forward a confirmation of your booking with the balance owing within the 48 hours of receipt of your payment.
Our Office hours are:
9.00am - 4.00pm Monday-Friday
9.00am - 12.00pm Saturday and Sunday
9.00am – 11.am Public Holidays
If your arrival time is outside of these hours, please contact us 24 hours prior so alternative arrangements can be made for your check-in.
We cannot 100% guarantee any one particular apartment; however, we will certainly do our best to meet with your requests, priority will be given to direct bookings. Room Service: We are a non-serviced resort. Stays for 8 or more nights will have a mid-stay clean with fresh linen supplied. Should you require extra servicing of your room an additional fee will be payable. Additional amenities and fresh towels are available from reception for a minimal charge. You can freshen anything yourself in your laundry during your stay.
Smoking Policy: Aegean Apartments is a non-smoking property including in all apartments. As per government regulations, smoking is banned in all enclosed areas, restaurants, licensed clubs and pubs in Queensland. A $1000.00 AUD fee will apply if additional cleaning is required and if the fire alarm is activated by in-room smoking.
Guest Conduct: This establishment shall not be liable to any guest or invitee for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought upon these premises by the said guest or invitee. Guests and invitees are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property. A breach of a house rules may result in eviction of the offender at the discretion of the Manager, and charges will be borne by guest. When a guest registers at reception, or an invitee proceeds beyond that point, they shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these conditions. Charges will apply for any unnecessary fire alarms from the QLD Fire and Rescue. Charges will apply for all damage caused by guests while in house.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act).
Aegean Apartments / Resort does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual schoolies period.In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this time.
For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leaves for the entire schoolies period. All guests must be over 18 years and provide photo ID and credit card or cash bond of $200 per person for security.
Efforts are made to facilitate your allocation requests. Occasionally this is not possible due to any number of restrictions including: regulatory requirements, physical booking volumes or maintenance conditions. We would appreciate your understanding that the time (in advance) of a booking has no bearing on a room allocation. All rooms have air-con in the main living area, with ceiling fans throughout. We have a small amount of apartments with air-con in the bedroom however we cannot guarantee any guest these apartments, it may be put on guest requests at time of booking.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival, if this payment is declined at that time, your apartment may be re-booked to another party seeking accommodation for that period. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund of that deposit.
The Pay NOW e Pay NOW and Save offer is non-refundable, please be aware that no changes or cancellations are possible. This rate is prepaid, and your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
PEAK SCHOOL HOLIDAYS: 15th Dec - 26th Jan
Full payment of your accommodation will be taken 30 days prior to arrival, if this payment is declined at that time, your apartment may be re-booked to another party seeking accommodation at that time. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
Bookings made directly with Aegean Resort Apartments. This will be reviewed periodically depending on the border closures

Refundable Bookings direct with Aegean Apartments Resort
The registered guest (that booked a fully refundable flexible rate) may cancel or modify their reservations without penalties free of charge until 2 days before arrival for all dates (excluding 15 Dec – 26 Jan).
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival, your apartment may be re-booked to another party seeking accommodation at that time.
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
For High Season (15 Dec – 26 Jan), the guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation 30 days before arrival, however if cancellation is due to COVID-19, the guest that booked a fully refundable flexible rate may cancel or modify their reservations without penalties free of charge until 14 days before arrival.

Note: Guests requesting a refund of any kind (i.e. refund on card or credit voucher) should be aware that it may take up to 30 days from the date of cancellation for the refund to be processed. The refund will be paid to your requested bank account.
Non-Refundable (Pay NOW and Save offer) Bookings direct with Aegean Apartments Resort
Our non-refundable policy is non-refundable. No modifications and no credits are offered, even with borders closures. This rate is prepaid and your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
We always recommend you take out travel insurance at time of booking and contact the property should your travel plans change.
We want to assure you that we operate under the COVID safe health guidelines.
Third party bookings
Third parties are required to follow the cancellation policy set out above. If you booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third party, please contact your booking provider directly who will explain the options for modification, cancellation or credit voucher applicable to your booking.
